Paddington Painters & Decorators
Give your enquiry a clear starting point.
A useful first message identifies the property, the extent of the repaint and the practical constraints. You can send an outline before deciding on colours or products; distinguish decisions already made from those you would like to discuss.
Discuss your projectFor your own home
List the rooms and say whether decoration includes ceilings, doors, skirting, windows or fitted joinery. Describe furniture to remain, wallcoverings to remove and any previous leaks or patches of failing paint. Photographs can show the relationship between a visible mark and the wider wall more clearly than a close-up alone.
For a shared building
Identify the person bringing the instruction together and the boundaries of their authority. A frontage photograph marked with the included surfaces is useful alongside a floor-by-floor list for the communal stair. Include any existing building specification and explain how residents will be told about the proposed access arrangements.
For a hotel or B&B
Set out which rooms can be taken out of service together and which corridors must stay open. Add the planned sequence for removing furniture, decorating, cleaning and returning keys to the operating team. Let us know if new fittings or maintenance work are expected during the same closure.
For a managed apartment or office
Send the unit or suite number as well as the street address. Note the keyholder, lift or loading arrangements and the management contact. If the instruction follows a tenancy, describe the condition recorded at check-out and the proposed next occupation, without assuming those dates have already been accepted as a decorating programme.
